Note

  • Some components are cleaned on site, while others may be carefully removed, cleaned, and reinstalled

  • Pricing and service duration are estimates, and full access to your home is required on the service day

  • Our team will reconfirm the number of units, unit type, and expected service duration before starting

  • If maintenance or mold issues are identified, the service will pause and a separate solution and quote will be shared

  • If access panels are required, an additional cost of AED 250 per panel, plus VAT and service fees, will apply

  • Access panels may require cutting into the ceiling to reach hard-to-access areas

  • Any paintwork around grills and access panels will be finished in a clean white color

  • Our team will coordinate with you on the service day, and we kindly ask for an authorized contact if you’re unavailable

Recommended frequency
To help maintain performance and energy efficiency, we recommend a full AC system cleaning once every 12 months.
