Once the service is complete, our team will show you the filter bag condition outside the property and ensure all collected waste is safely removed and disposed of.

Replacement of damaged mattresses or accessories
Note
While the service is effective, some stains or discoloration may not be fully removed. Results can vary depending on the type and age of the stain.
After the service, we recommend allowing 6 to 8 hours for the mattress to dry fully. For best results, please avoid using the mattress during this time.
Our team will carefully assess the fabric to ensure shampooing is suitable. If shampooing is not recommended for your mattress, a dry treatment option will be suggested to help protect the fabric.
Recommended frequency
For ongoing comfort and hygiene, we recommend professional mattress cleaning every six months. Frequency may vary based on usage and any allergy-related needs.
