What’s included
Thorough vacuuming of the mattress surface to help reduce dust, dust mites, dead skin cells, and everyday debris.
Use of high-powered vacuum cleaners with HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, designed to trap fine dust and allergens for a more hygienic clean.
Ultraviolet (UV) sanitization light, used to help reduce germs such as bacteria and mold on mattresses, pillows, and bedding, supporting a more hygienic sleep surface.
Overheated dry steam technology to help lift dirt and surface buildup without adding moisture.
All sides of the mattress are cleaned. Vacuuming and steaming also include the duvet, bed frame, and up to four pillows.
Once the service is complete, our team will show you the filter bag outside the property and ensure all collected waste is safely removed and disposed of.

Note
While the service is effective, some stains or discoloration may not be fully removed.
Our specialists will guide you if a specific cleaning method is not suitable for your mattress.
If a mattress topper is requested as an add-on to the mattress deep vacuuming service, an additional charge of AED 100 will apply.
If the mattress topper is requested as a standalone service for vacuuming and sanitizing, it will be charged at the same rate as an equivalent-sized mattress.
After the service, we recommend changing bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to help maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination. Our team will be happy to assist if needed.
Recommended frequency
For ongoing comfort and hygiene, we recommend cleaning your mattress once every 6 months to support a cleaner sleep environment and help extend the lifespan of your mattress.
