What’s not included
Moving the furniture
Persian, wool, synthetic, and handmade carpets are excluded from shampooing services
Repair or restoration of damaged carpet fibers

We do not guarantee for 100 % elimination of foul odor
After treatment, please allow approximately 6 to 8 hours for the sofa to fully dry. For best results, refrain from using the carpet during this drying period
Our team will validate the fabric. If it cannot be shampooed, dry treatment is recommended
